Recently had a quirky garage door problem that took three service calls to fix. Every time I called, the Bouma person had a warm, cooperative attitude; "We'll get it right for you!" They came the day I called. All three service guys were pleasant and competent. No charge after the first visit; Bouma took responsibility for the recurring problem even though it wasn't necessarily their fault. Reminded me of an "old fashioned" company with an attitude of service and pride in their reputation. I've dealt with them for 20 years and could not be happier.
