About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Wish I could give it zero stars and still have it count. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH I2K!!! We had been with them since 2009 with OK, never great, service. Over the years, there were problems and long outages, but they were usually fixed and if the length of time was unreasonable, we were given a bill credit for time out. However, as of 4/8/15, our service went out about the time their repairman had enough and quit. After 43+ days of no service, and no prospects of hiring another repair/maintenance person, we ended our service. We are now being billed - with threats of collection agency - $517.50 for their non-functional equipment. My husband and I are 68 and 75 years old respectively and not about to climb up on the roof to retrieve a 12' high antenna with a non-functioning radio on it! They are nasty and demeaning and refuse to give a name of someone to talk to, only an email address that nobody ever answers. If you look at their BBB page, this is standard procedure and will ruin your credit for years to come. RUN, do not walk AWAY FROM I2K! Do not get mixed up with these people unless you have $550-600 to just throw away!

Because we were rural and out of reach of any DSL , when we availed ourselves of I2k wireless internet service, it was great. We were at last connected. Over time , however, the service began to falter ~ we would be cut off without warning from time to time. Towards the end of our relationship, the cut offs became more frequent and for longer periods of time. Since they had not been unpleasant about dealing with us, we felt a little bad about leaving them when DSL became available to us. We needn't have worried about it because they have not hesitated becoming very unpleasant about it. They are now demanding $50 for the month of October which we have not used because the service was not working and because we had switched to DSL ~ but even worse, they expect us to pay an additional $550.00 for the antenna which apparently they plan to leave on our roof. So, no matter how nice these folks may seem when you go with them, beware. They're deceitful, avaricious and vindictive. Avoid this company!

Bottom line: DO NOT USE INTERNET 2000 FOR YOU INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER! Internet 2000 (aka: i2k) has had email server problems for over a month with customers getting logged off as soon as they try to go to their inbox or click a message, or if in the unlikely event that you DO get logged on, you get the message "your session has expired" in the middle of typing or sending a message. when talking with their "General Manager" (Andy Pastars) he stated that this is not important, and that customers (especially LONG-TIME customers) don't even need to be notified of this.I asked for a credit of some sort because of the problems...and that's where the insanity started. I won't go into detail, but let's just say that as a general manager, one would think that Andy Pastars would try to help to keep customers happy. Not so!He blatantly told me I couldn't be experiencing the problems I had, as the company they hired to maintain the servers already fixed it. He also told me that I (and I quote): "do not know how business and services work" and that "it would take 20 years to recover from one month's credit for service". Apparently it is Andy Pastars who doesn't understand how business work...Their name should clue you in, they are outdated and outmatched when it comes to providing ANY service, especially customer service to their customers. Oh yeah, I was asking for $20. That's all...
