Montgomery Service

I am very unsatisfied with Montgomery HVAC. I purchased a brand new HVAC and air handler system through them in 2011. In June of 2013 I had some issues with the system as it was shutting off on its own. So I had my Home warranty come out and maintenance the system. It was determined that there was a clog in the plumbing pipe and water was draining into the emergency drain pan and shutting the system. However, it was determined that the emergency drain pan was not installed correctly and not leveled the correct way to have the water flow to the drain pipe installed. The home warranty company choose not to warranty the system until all fixes were made on the unit. I trusted and relied on Montgomery HVAC to provide me a service and complete it with the safety of my family in mind. Instead, they did not do the installation correct, put my family and house at risk and did not even comply with city and state regulations in regard to permits and inspections. Beware!
