I went there at 11am today for my scheduled appt. No one was in the office. Finally 2 guys come from the work area. One on the phone the other wanting paper work. They exchanged paper work and both went back to the work area. No one said a word to me. I waited about 5 more minutes and left. They must not want my business. So I am off to someone who does.
This place is cheap for a reason. Had windshield replaced just yesterday. They did it within 1 hour, however, before I could get vehicle home, the air bag light came on and stayed on. I thought perhaps it would go off the next day but it didn't. Took it back to Symbol and the guy was so RUDE, wouldn't even take a look. I explained that it couldn't be a coincidence since the light just came on right after they replaced the windshield, meaning they must have tripped or unplugged a sensor. I will never go back to these sons of bitches, nor would I recommend anyone go to them, unless you want cheap labor done, and leave with more issues than you started out with.
I was referred to Simbol by both a dealership and a co worker. I had my windshield replaced and Simbol did a GREAT job. Someone must have replaced the windshield before I bought the car and done a bad job as there was a lot of rust under the top of the windshield. Which surprised everyone. Ray and his crew did a wonderful job fixing that mess for a more than reasonable price. The rubber around the windshield now lays down as it should, and the leak that was starting to develop is gone. THANK YOU guys so very much. Ray went over and beyond not only fixing my car but treating me like family. Next week I will be having my car windows tinted. I'm so glad I found a place I can trust.
Anyone complaining about this place is goofy. I've had three windshields replaced because of our roads here and they have all been completed within a day. They also replace windshields at your house too.To the broad that took her car for an auto start... it's a glass shop honey.
I had a remote start put in my car on Dec. 30, 2013, on Jan. 8, 2014 it no longer worked. My stories begins on December 30. At first, I was really pleased. I spoke to Gino a worker there and he was extremely helpful. I took my car in as requested at 8:30 am in the morning. I called at 3:30 pm that afternoon for an update and spoke to John and like Brittney S. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked for an update he said in a very rude tone that he could not give me an estimate of when it would get done as it was hard to tell with remote starts. Then he followed up with "well we close at 5:30 pm" implying that the car would at least be done by then. He said he would call and then hung up on me. 5:15 pm and no call to my cell phone. It takes me 20 minutes to drive out there and because I wondered after John's rudeness if he would really call I left at 5:00 pm intending to wait until it was done so that I could at least be in the building before it closed. When I arrived at 5:20 pm, John was not even there. So he never had any intention of calling me. Thankfully, Gino was still there and just finishing up my car. I left at 5:45 pm. I really like Gino as he was extremely helpful. However, 8 days later my remote starter no longer worked I called and left a message for John the owner to call me back to schedule a time to have my car looked at. He never called back. After I am finished writing this review, I will be heading over there. I believe this is the only way to have this looked at. John has the worst customer service! John is terrible. For this I would never recommend anyone go here. I would have given this zero stars if it let me do this. Terrible customer service from the owner even if his worker is better. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will write if they fix my remote starter or not! Paid $250 for this to not work 8 days later!! I will be searching other places to see if I can post this review elsewhere to warn people off of this place.
