She obtained the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation. Teresa is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Independent Brokers Association. Teresa has worked with many builders as a real estate agent and has represented builders as a sales rep during the course of her career. She has conducted over 1500 closings for an area builder as a contract closer. Her own father was a custom builder in the Gahanna area. She is knowledgeable in many facets of the building industry and can represent buyers to accomplish their goals when building a home. As a lifelong resident of Gahanna, Ohio, Teresa knows the market like no other. She has seen many trends and changes throughout the years and can share that knowledge to help you make a better buying or selling decision.
