Great Superb, superior,accurate,friendly,quick service!!!!!!

Best Place to go, took in my laptop to another repair shop..I dislike that place not quick enough...very inprofessional service it was not running right still was charged alot of money took into PC Guys problems were resolved instantly working right!!!!!!!!!!

Great Technology Repairing Store, Ive been doing business with PC GUYS for more than four and a half years, reputation speaks for itself they are very very responsible and reliable..there work is what keeps me going back and fourth..If I ever have any other problems with any one of my other machines..I can always go back and get the same great work....Keep up the good work!!!

This computer repairing store is a very welcoming place to come because, as soon as you walk in the door theres always wonderful smiles and greetings presented. I was bored and was wondering what this place was all about,asking questions about there business knowing now that this business repairs laptops too!!!! ,was a plus to me. So, I grabed my crappy laptop in for an evaulation and the owner said, I had tons of software issues regarding the over load of programs and music. He would give me an upgrade on memory and update my computer too along with data repair..backup service too, so... that i dont' have to loose any of my files in the future. I was a bit confused Pc guys told me everything I needed to know...which was reasonable...I allowed the multiple upgrades and repairs to take place it was fast, and complete! thnx!!!!!!!!!!

The owner never had a clue they overcharged me and gave me bs responces. Also wont refund money do yourself a favor and stay away from this repair shop.

I have an older PC and I was sure that they would try to sell me a new one. Not the case at all - they said mine was in good shape and told me that a little added memory would extend the life for me. They also did diagnostic work for me to determine why I was having problems with Outlook. I am thrilled with the work by PC Guys. They have also been incredibly helpful when I have called with other minor questions. I would definitely use them again for PC issues and I would go there first before I bought a new computer.
