Sicilian Pizza in Worcester, MA

Horrible customer service. Food just ok but greasy. Manager would not talk. Sign says 6.00 fish & chips. Says for Blue Jeans Bistro next...Told them we would go there said ok told us how to get there...not even open.

I order from these guys tons. Sometimes 3 times a week. Could've went out for a Mother's Day dinner, but instead opted for my usual chicken quesadilla with onions, mushrooms, peppers and salsa on the side. Anywho a car was hit outside my house and I was dealing with the police when the brought the food. I finally sit to eat and realize the small cups are full of marinara sauce...first disappointment. So my husband called to correct it and the guy who answers said oh yeah we have no salsa in the store at all. Okay so why didn't you say that when we ordered. I would have ordered something different. So disappointed I don't eat. Finally I'm so hungry I said screw it I'll eat it without salsa. I take a bite...just chicken and cheese! No onions, mushrooms, or peppers! Thanks for the crappy ending to my Mother's Day. I will now order from someone else. �������������������� I will not recommend anymore because they offered no solutions!

I called for 2 Subs an was told 20 Min's I am 5 Min's away from them 45 Min's later ,, I was told they had not got to them yet an if I wanted to cancel I could so I did an I will never call them a gain ..

I am a few years new to the Greendale area, I decided to give Greendale Pizza a shot. No complaints until today. I called for a steak bomb and buffalo wings w/ blue cheese dressing. For starters there was no steak available so I ordered a chicken bomb, 2nd they delivered the wings w cream cheese. I called to have them bring blue cheese, it took me about 5 minutes to relay the message that we didn't get the right dressing. They finally delivered the blue cheese, I had to leave for work at that point. I had a couple of bites of the sub and ran out the door. I was looking forward to having a few wings when I got home from work. The wings tasted like fish. I called and asked for the manager. The person who answered said I had the wrong number. I said, " is this Greendale." Response yes, and got hesitation. Music was loud on their end, the phone was passed to another person. I asked if he was the owner, he said yes. I let him know of my entire experience, he said, "don't call here to order again."

GREAT LOCAL JOINT!! they do their best on every item. If you gotta have junk food this is great junk!

Best chicken Parm and meatball sub in Worcester! Good provolone, great marinara. Come try us out : )

The pizza is the best!!! I'm from New Jersey and a big pizza snob. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. I am having them cater my mom's BD party in late July!

Best pizzeria in worcester! Next time you go, ask for their nutella pizza with strawberries on top--you wont regret it!

Love the food the and the workers are super nice I enjoy going there !! And it a great place to go and relax at the Bar
