Do not go to Junior Auto Sales. The dealer/Mike mocked my girlfriend's culture and said she has to pay me to get married. Also tried to sell me 2 altimas with cigarette butts all over the place/exhaust work and the other with bald tires and a broken door handle. He would not finance me for a $5500 car with $1700 down. I went across the street to Massmotors office # 978-235-7575 and financed an $8500 car and drove off the same day!!!!!
lumpy was great and the deal was even greater

I purchased a used 2004 Mazda6 at Gallo in April 2013. At first the sales person Kevin and general manager Chris seemed very nice. I brought a friend along with me who is a mechanic in order to make a smart and thoughtful decision. We test drove the car and my friend checked out the exterior and the engine. There was a part in the engine that needed replacing. It was a simple, cheap fix (just a small plastic part that had cracked due to the age of the car). The only other thing he noticed was the poor condition of the 2 front tires. Both Kevin and the GM assured me these problems would be fixed without Incident. It was my fault that I did not get it in writing and I will not make that mistake again, but a contract is a contract whether it be verbal or written. I got the car a few days later. The plastic engine part was fixed but only one tire was replaced which makes no sense. Also, the car failed MA inspection due to catalytic converter problems. They said they would fix it but had to order the part. A week or so goes by and I still did not receive a call that the part was in so I called to check. The part was never even ordered. I waited another week, they replaced the part and told me to put miles on the car so sensors could reset in order to pass inspection. Sure enough the check engine light came back on and I needed another catalytic converter. This time they sent the car out for work. I dropped it off on a Friday and they said it would be done that day. Sure enough, no call! And when I called to ask about the cars status at the other garage imagine how pleased I was to hear that the other garage was not open until Monday! Anyways... Picked the car up on Monday and brought up the fact that the tire was not replaced. The GM was totally condescending and rude to me. I am a 23 year old female college graduate and this was the first time I had bought a car. I believe they took advantage of me and were completely unprofessional. The salesman Kevin even admitted to me that he "did not know anything about cars." And the GM Chris called me kiddo and said that I only asked for one tire. This is not true and I was later told the tire would not be replaced due to the money put into the car in order to get my inspection sticker. Well it is not my fault they tried to sell me a car with illegal emissions. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
