I called this company on behalf of a very disabled patient waiting on his ride. It rang and rang and then played music.for 4 minutes. Eventually someone with a heavy accent answered - asked for the patient name - put me back on hold - 7 minutes into music and she never came back. I tried calling 5 more times - music and eventually leave a voice message - left my name and number and an explanation - no call back. The patient finally was picked up 2 hours and 15 minutes later. Pathetic - wish I could give a 'BIG FAT ZERO"

Terrible company. NEVER on time and never kept in the loop with a phone call. I highly don't recommend Jet.

This company is the absolute worst that I have ever dealt with. Never on time one day and they won't even call to let you know if they're coming or not. Twice they left 2 of us at a medical appointment and refused to pick us back up.the person who was with me had to walk 5 miles to his house and I got a ride from a complete stranger. Stay away from this company. If I could rate them less than zero, I would.
