I purchased a vehicle from this car dealer only to find out after i got tbe loan from my lender for tbe vehicle ,the vehicles engine ligbt came on after 2 weeks of being in possesion of tbe vehicle. I had tbe vehicle checked out only to fibd out tbe catalytic converter needs to be replaced and it is going to cost $900.00. I went to speak to the dealer and his response was i am not fixing the vehicle. We decided on a price and i am not fixing the vehicle. To all stay away from this dealer, it is obvious he cant be trusted to sell a honest and reliable vehicle.
Not good business at all. Dave does not hold his word to fixing cars after being sold. Rude and unhelpful. Do not shop here. Notice most of the good reviews are from a "Google user".. It's probably dave or Jen writing those comments to save their bussiness.
I purchased a Chevy truck in Oct of 2017. They did do the work the truck needed to pass inspection. Just remember they are there to make money. Before you buy, have the vehicle checked by a mechanic!!! They are going to to the least amount of work to get you to buy the vehicle. Write down everything you want fixed before you buy and make them stick to it. Beware people, these are used cars without a warranty besides the lemon law.
Hats off to Chris Goodnow Auto Sales! I have purchased two vehicles within one year and both deals went smoothly. My first SUV was purchased ten months ago. My Ford Escape was at the right mileage, price and condition that fit my budget and was what I was looking for. The dealership handled the insurance and registration for me as well. Unfortunately for me, there was an accident and my SUV was totaled. Chris was able to find me practically the same vehicle for the price of insurance value. They also have an excellent service center and staff that reviews the car before purchase. I won’t hesitate to recommend Chris Goodnow Auto Sales to others and will return when I need another vehicle.
Professional business expert advise with outstanding vehicles. Fair pricing full warranty nearly pristine vehicles on the lot very impressive selection.
They say a vehicle is safe and road worthy when the car was a death trap on wheels we call him and he refused to make it right he sold it under false pretenses
I visited Nate on a few a occasions in interest with a 2013 Toyota Corolla. The attractive billboard and his professional appearance already spoke in volumes, in my opinion, about the type of merchandise he was selling. And as it was, he was very knowledgeable and confident; it gained the trust I needed to move forward with my purchase. Thank you Nate for also being so accommodating with my crazy schedule! I love my Toyota!!!!
