Order was wrong from the start and by the time we received it 12 minutes later sausage biscuits and hash browns were hot. Eggs are a different story Luke warm at best( my wife took her 's home ( in disgust) for the dog. Out of a crew of 10 or so I noticed only one employee with gloves on during our visit.

Great breakfast burritos. Fast service. I enjoyed everything I've purchased there. I buy a lot of the breakfast burritos to take to my church for our men's prayer breakfast.
I went to sonic when they were having half price wings. I ordered and it wasn't half price. I told them they over charged me and they went on to the next person to take their order. We waited for ten minutes for a response, but nothing. We left unhappy and aggravated because a lack of sense of urge to fix our problem
The carhop did not smile once, she was monotone and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. I asked her the family meals they have because I could not see the board over the other cars. She looked at the board and told me there is a 20 piece and a 30 piece. I ordered a 30 piece and told her two sides. She told me in a rude tone that there are three sides with that deal. I told her I wanted to add a gallon of tea. He response, "Ummm...tea comes with it!" And rolled her eyes as if I should have known. She went and got the food. When she returned, after the payment was processed, I asked if I needed to sign because other bush's have a tip option and a space to sign. She looked at me with a rude look and told me I didn't need to sign with that same voice. She didn't thank me or anything. My husband ate a couple of pieces as we drove down the road. He said the tenders were hard. They looked and tasted as if they were cooked, refrigerated and then cooked again. They were disgusting. I called and asked to speak with a manger. The girl who had "helped" us got on the phone. I first informed Her (before knowing it was her) that te carhop was completely rude then that the food was hard and old. She told me that she was the one who took my order and claimed not to be rude. She said there is no way the food was old because they cook the food as it is ordered (which it didn't take long for our order to come out). She kept cutting me off as I was trying to talk to her. She was once again completely rude. I told her that she did not have good customer service. She said, "Ummm I'm pretty sure I do because I have been a manager for 5 years!" I told her I would be contacting higher management and she replied, "Good luck with there. There's no point because my boss is my aunt and she owns this store!" I told her she still has to have a boss higher than her. She replied, "I'm not worried about anything. My aunt is my boss so it really doesn't matter." Then she hung up. Even if she has been a manager for 5 years, apparently she can get away with whatever she wants regardless of her people skills. Once my husband looked over the receipt, he discovered that she charged us for the gallon that supposedly came with the deal. I will definitely not be going back there ever again. There is a stripes really close to it. I'll be going there for their delicious tacos from now on!
