My custom is to avoid being the guy who shows up at a business' door 3 minutes before close. By mistake, that's exactly what I did at QQL in February 2013. I didn't realize it until they were almost done servicing my vehicle. They did a fantastic job, and were very friendly. Not one cross look, not one grumble, not a hint of attitude. If they were irritated by my late arrival, it didn't show. Very professional, and I appreciate it.
