What makes a Dealership? Not this place for sure. If your looking for best pricing, quality, honesty, and a true certified dealer that has earned his certification and doesn't lie about it go elsewhere. You'll have overall less hassles and won't get cheated or have to deal with the run around and arrogance of the owner. His continued answer of (no problem) will be your problem when he fails to call you back or support you in fixing the issue. There are lots of Dealership to purchase your next unit from, to make sure you find a good dealer do your research. This business submits many fake reviews out there under false names to throw you off, ask your questions up front and get your deal in writing before doing business with this group. Buyer beware!

Avoid this place. Customer service is awful - I brought my SeaDoo pwc in to have the starter replaced and get winterized in Oct 2013. They didn't finish the job until May 2014. They only called me once (in May when they were 'done'). Everytime I called starting in Nov 2013, I was told "we'll have that done in 2 weeks".



They charged me $120 for a new battery (my battery was only 3 months old - I replaced that as soon as the starter initially started acting up - thinking it was the battery). They charged me for winterizing - when they told me in December they weren't going to winterize it until the starter was fixed since it wouldn't make sense to winterize it before - they guaranteed pwc would be stored indoors until starter replaced. Now finally have pwc back (it starts), but it spews smoke and runs at idle level with full throttle, or else it dies.

We have to go to another place as well to get the job they did on our boat fixed. Horrible experience.

Never go near this place. Worst work i've ever had done. Have to go to another shop to fix their work now.
