I see another person wrote a horrible review. I have been going there to have my cars fixed over the years, 10 years to be exact. They have awesome customer service. They do a fantastic job on whatever they fix and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, they have good prices compared to a lot of other shops.
Sometimes parts don't come in on time but that is life! They are not the only shop that gets delays on parts.
I would overall recommend them to anyone in the Woodstock area, or the surrounding areas!
I dont know if it is just plain poor work ethic, laziness,poor customer service or a combination of all, but I will NEVER go back to this place again!!! I had some work done on my car recently by this establishment (tie rods and wheel bearings) and on my way home from work that same night one of the tie rods snapped or came loose. So I called up DeCrane's and they towed it back to their shop. I call them early the next day to see if they have looked at my car yet, they haven't. They told me that they had some customers in line and that they would take a look in a couple of hours and give me a call back. I call them back 4 hours later and they tell me that they just took a look at it and it seems one of the tie rods snapped, i'm thinking OK, it happens. They tell me that the place they ordered it from is all out of stock. I thought this was kinda suspicious, so I made a call myself. turns out that they DID have parts in stock!!! I called them back and they gave me some bull about how they were using the computer to order parts and the system wasn't updated. Either way the part was being delivered to them within 30 mins. I end up calling them back ONCE AGAIN and they tell me that where the tie rod snapped the threads broke and it needs to be re-tapped blah blah blah... So, to say the least I will not have m car until Monday and I am quite irritated...
