This place really deserves a 5 star review! Best customer service I have ever received! The manager always seems to manage to give me an appt regardless id when I call! Very sweet girl!! As far as my nails, A female tech does my gel manicure... Best gel manicure ever!! Never peels or chips! She is amazing always goes above and beyond!!! She is super nice!!!! other tech does my pedicure... I love her!!! She makes my toes look so good!! She really loves what she does and goes out of her way to really satisfy me! Bottom line... They are amazing!!

Horribles services. My acrylics chipped because they were so thin and uneven. The price kept going up each visit for the same services. And the older one was so mad I brought the price difference up that she bruised me with the 'massage'. And no one smiles. They all seem mad or under a dictator/owner. My daughter had a similar experience. Never again.

How awesome they are when they take care of my gel nail and my pedicure? They really spent time with me throughout the whole process of getting my manicure & pedicure done. Wonderful service professional techs.

Today, I went to Z-nails with 3 of my friends for my birthday. All 4 of us got manicures and pedicures. In addition to that, I got a new set of pink and white nails. I was very happy with everything. My friends and I love our nails. The employees were super nice and were willing to do anything that would make our visit great. They even provided us with Diet Cokes and bottled waters. I have been going to Z-Nails for a few months now. They greet me personally every time I walk in. I think it is a very nice touch that they remember me every time and always call me by my name when I walk in. Also they just remodeled so the place looks better than ever!
