        DO NOT USE!

        They gave us a flat rate quote for $900 and after we signed the paperwork they altered it - increasing the amount to over $4k! They damaged thousands of dollars worth of furniture, broke hardware, deep gouges to wooden furniture, broken electronics, broken decorations, damaged our new walls on and on. Their workers said the franchise owner, Jeff, would make it right.

        He did no such thing.

        We emailed him pictures of the damages and asked him to come and inspect everything, take care of us and correct the contract to reflect their quote. Instead he demanded immediate payment. We refused to pay more than the flat rate he quoted and within a few days he sued us! March 6, 2018 the judge awarded us damages in our countersuit and they have ignored numerous emails and calls attempting to get them to honor the Court Order.

        We've called Motivated Movers corporate office trying to get their help as Jeff is a franchisee, we've left numerous reviews exposing what they've done and warning others and now have to involve an attorney as they are refusing to honor the court order.

        We're now left posting reviews warning others, while we bring on an attorney to help us collect.
