Summary: Poor nail service, shoddy work, and poor customer service from the owner/manager gives this place a terrible rating.



My wife went in to have her nails done, and had a coupon that said "$25 off any service" and then listed some services on the side, but did not say "only includes" or "excludes nails." They took the coupon, charged my wife the amount minus the coupon, and then came back and said "oh, we can't accept this coupon because it doesn't say nails. We'll have to charge you the amount, is that ok?" and commenced to charge us the $25.



On top of that, the nails were so poorly done that my wife had to put a clear layer on to smooth it out, and then the nails started peeling and chipping literally 7 days later.



I went in on the 8th day to try to get the coupon resolved, and Jacqueline said that she would not do anything for me because "nails" was not on the side of the coupon, even though the coupon did not say anything about excluding nails, but rather "$25 off any service."
