Great service! Dr. Skees is very detail oriented and really cares about animals.

Excelletn caring visit, took time to explain options, Dr. Skees and staff are wonderful.

First of all, it's in very convenient area for me. Close to home, easy to get to. Beyond that convenience, I really like the doctor and support staff there. It's clean and the wait time are never bad at all.

Wonderful and caring people here. I trust them with my animals completely. Just wanted to thank them for a job well done.

I have a horrible experience with my 2 dogs. I had been there 3 times giving an opportunity to the Dr. Gerald and employees to make a better job. But every time was more disappointed. I would never take my dogs again..!! @@

I am new to the area and I am the proud owner of 2 dogs and a cat. I brought all of my pets in to see Dr. Skees and not only is he a WONDERFUL doctor but, the entire staff greeted me with smiles and was very helpful and sweet.. They were very kind and caring with my pets as well, and Dr. Skees took plenty of time to talk with me and answer all my questions. Their prices are very fair and I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely make this my new vet! I am so glad I found them!

We have been very pleased with Dr. Skees and his staff for approx. 5 years since we got our first dog , Tiny , that was under Dr. Skees' care . The facilities at the Family Pet Hospital are clean and our two dogs are given the very best of care when we board them.

We came across Family Pet Hospital in a local advertisement after moving to Woodstock, and couldn't be more pleased with the entire staff. We have a 12 year old mixed breed that has cancer, and took her in for a routine check up. Dr. Skees spent almost an hour with us discussing possible options, and really put our minds at ease regarding her condition. He is fantastic, and actually the first Vet that our dog would let examine her without a fight. He is extremely well versed in current treatments, and we are already seeing a change in the demeanor of our dog. I would strongly recommend them if you live anywhere near Woodstock.

The staff at family pet hospital are very caring you can tell they all love animals most of them have homeless animals they have taken in and spent there own money in seeing them to be health and happy. Dr Skee's is great with all of his clients and there pets it would be hard to find a more caring place!!

I recently took my dog, Charlie, to Dr. Skees and was very impressed! Charlie had really bad allergies and was scratching so hard that there were bald spots all over his body. I took him to several vet clinics who were not much help at all. With all of the different remedies that I was given, nothing was helping and he was still scratching like crazy!! I had become very discouraged about the whole situation.



A few days later a friend told me that I should try one more vet, their vet, Dr. Skees. Since his office was in a convenient location for me, I promptly made an appointment for the following day. Upon arriving to the clinic it looked and smelled clean, unlike the others I had previously been to, and the staff was very welcoming. Once in the exam room, the technician and doctor walked in with bright smiles which comforted my doubts. After the doctor's thorough examination of Charlie, we discussed our treatment options. We decided to change his diet to Life's Abundance Dog Food and start him on Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules as well as an antihistamine. It worked!! I couldn't believe my eyes!



Within 2 weeks of his treatment I could tell he felt better. He was hardly scratching at all anymore and his hair was growing back. He was back to his happy-go-lucky, normal self about 1 1/2 months into his treatment. I am forever grateful for what Dr. Skees has done for my baby Charlie!! Because of their care and kindness, you can tell that all the staff member's at Family Pet Hospital have a passion for caring for animals. Charlie and I are so thankful for everything they have done for us and I will never take him anywhere else! Thanks Dr. Skees and staff!!!!

family pet hospital is a wonderful place to take your pet. they work so hard to make sure the very best is being done for your pet. they really care about every patients well being and the happiness of every owner. they are awesome.

Took my pet to them, they suggested I run all kinds of tests on her that wasn't needed then they tried to double charged me, then they over charged me. When I tried to talk to them they just got upset and wouldn't listen to me. Will never bring my pet back.
