This was one of the worst experiences I've EVER had. I came in asking for my textbook. The day before, I called in stating that I had to schedule for a redelivery 2x. My rental textbook had been delayed for 2 weeks by this time. The man on the line, Seyful, blatantly told me it gets hard for them to keep up with redeliveries, so basically it sounded like they never get to them. Additionally, I'm aware of the 15 day hold rule, so ofcourse I got worried if my textbook would even be there. When I GET to the post office, the employees were extremely rude and took very long to actually track my textbook. You'd think after this whole issue, Seyful himself would come out and actually explain what was going on, but nope, rather I had to deal with the sass of anothet employee, Danielle. If redelievers are difficult for them to keep up with and if they don't even plan on ever get to them, why is it even an option at all? The staff is extremely incompetent and the system is inefficient.
This place right here are a bunch of thieves! The manager/supervisor Valerie is the biggest corrupt person here. How does a package get delivered yet no one is home to accept it. Furthermore, how she tells me she will assist me. She shows me a document of the man who delivered it. yet he is off but will call me when she speaks to him. I give her my number and still waiting for her to call. Ok she thinks i will sit and do nothing. I start making calls and I find out the way she solved my problem was by the computerized notes: there was no info and couldn't help customer. No info! Yet she shows me documentation about the man who delivered it. Now it seems to me something isn't right ! People be very leery about this post office! So Frustrating on how she conducts business here. You should appreciate your job! You take it for granted! So disgusting!
I hate this place! Worst customer service! My packages got "lost" by them,I have a strong feeling they were stolen by one of the distribution people.
I keep track of the packages and mine went missing when it was out for delivery (the USPS website has not updated the status of my package its been months now). The manager there is useless. They should be investigated and shut down. Very unhappy and will go to another other post office.
