Get quick service. I had a pipe burst and windy city steam was there super fast for clean-up. My carpet was dry almost immediately after, they saved me. Thank you windy city steam!

They came and cleaned and deodorized my carpet, prices were comparable to the last company I hired but Windy City Steam did a much better job. I am not calling anyone else for my carpet cleaning

We called these guys to clean some furniture that we and our dogs abused to say the least.
The stains weren't completely removed -- we weren't that hopeful, but they tried their best and did what was possible, they took their time and did a great job.
