Stan Goldhammer: Allstate Insurance

...more is often said than done. Except when dealing with Stan and JoAnn. I sat in their office and yammered on and on about my house, car, family, etc. Once they knew about all of my concerns, we sat down and put together a protection plan. I had no idea I was so underinsured! Thanks guys!

Everyone's got an opinion. I usually have about 15 on the same topic. But only one on the Goldhammers...and that is that they are efficient, ethical, knowledgeable and most importantly, at least to me, I didn't feel like an idiot for asking questions. It is important to them to have informed clients and now I get to say I fall into that category!

I started off as a "bad customer". I knew what I wanted and that was it. Sharon was very professional and was ready to sell me the exact policy with the exact coverages I thought I needed. She just insisted I keep an open mind and look at a few other things. Between her expertise, knowledge and good ole fashioned customer service, I will be a customer of Goldhammer Insurance Services for the forseeable future...I know I'm in good hands! I've since referred my best friend over there, and she has nothing but praises for them as well!

You know those commercials for auto insurance that show the character being animated? Well, when I left Stan's office, I felt empowered and yes, animated. He sat down with me and gave me all of the information I needed in a concise, easy to understand way so that I could make my own decision as to what coverages were best for me. In the end, I followed his suggestions because they made the most sense for me. I would go back for all of my insurance needs and plan to refer all of my friends and family!
