On 9/21/2017, I called a phone number for technical support for my printer. My computer and printer were not communicating. At that time, I spoke with someone at Febline, Inc. I was asked to allow them access to my computer in order to fix the problem. They had access for more than an hour. They told me my computer was infected with viruses and that I needed to have malware, spyware, virus protection, etc. I agreed to a 5-year plan at the cost of $500 which was to include McAfee as my virus protection.Recently, I received notification that my McAfee was due for renewal at which time I contacted Febline. I asked about my coverage and told them that I never received any reports or confirmations that McAfee had found any viruses and thought it odd that I never saw the program running. At that time, I was told that since I had upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10 since the initial contact and install, that the McAfee software was no longer working. I told them that my computer came with Windows 10 (not Windows 7) and they basically called me a liar. Please note that I wouldn't know how to upgrade my operating system in the first place. It was then that I realized that my computer was infected with viruses. It was evident that I never received what I had paid for. They requested access to my computer again. I was told that it would take a few minutes and they would call me back. They never did. My phone never rang and they insisted they had called and I didn't answer. They called me a liar again, in so many words. While they were working in my computer, I started researching the company on my iPad. It was there that I read reviews from other people indicating that they were "scammers" and "frauds". I had difficulty understanding the person who called himself Sam Hedge, who was obviously not fluent in English. He was rude and we exchanged in some angry conversation. He would not listen to me and kept interrupting me.
this is the worst retailer around here. I bought a cell phone outright, no contract, no provider, nothing. I paid in full. I came home and opened the box the phone was damaged. I didn't have the time to go back on the same day. When I did go back, they didn't take the return. I asked to talk to the store manager, but they pushed me around. I went there 3 times, and I couldn't see the store manager. I finally got a call saying I need to call the manufacturer of the phone. Although I know that was the way, I tried. Sure enough, they said it's store's responsibility. I have been calling the store, no one picks up the phone, and no returns the calls. I can't wait to see them go out of business. Stay away from this store

Great tech support department. They recovered all the files from my dead hard drive for $150, and $35 of it was the initial intake/diagnosis fee. They had it ready the next day! By contrast, Geek Squad at Best Buy charges $99 to intake/diagnose.
My daughter dropped my phone and all of a sudden it stopped working. I checked this place out in order to buy a low price replacement while I waited for my other one to get fixed. They actually have quite a large variety of used phones. I ended up buying a flip phone and haven't had any problems with it. They also offered to fix my broken phone, but I had already sent it somewhere else.Highly recommend this place!
Stopped by in order to fix my computer because it kept overheating and a weird blue screen would sometime show up, making me restart my computer. I took it to the store, told me what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. I left it there and got it back after a couple of days, and so far my computer hasn't been acting up anymore.
