DO NOT ORER FROM HERE!!

So, we had a holiday party last Friday (12-21). We decided to order a party pizza with pepp & olives. We placed the order and began our 45 minute wait for the delivery. Well, an hour and a half later, the pizza finally shows up and everyone is hungry!!! As we start to eat the pizza, we realize it s pepp & onions. We specifically did not want onions because many of the people do not like them. However, some of the guests that don t mind onions decided to start eating the pizza as I made the call . I eventually was transferred to the manager, and what a unconcerned B@$CH!! I told her the problem and her response was we are really busy right now, I wouldn t even have a person back that way for another 45 minutes or so! Needless to say, they are right down the street!! I told her that we should be a priority since they messed up the order. She kept saying she was busy and then told me YOU CAN BRING THE PIZZA BACK HERE AND THEN WE LL TAKE CARE OF IT! I was extremely mad at this point! We ordered delivery for a reason, and then this manager is going to tell me to bring their pizza, that they messed up, back to the store?? WTF!! I continued to tell her how awful their service is, and all she kept saying was we re very busy right now and you can bring it back here . Finally, I ve never come across service like this, ever!! Apparently, from the other posts, I m not the only one who feels this way!

Dirtiest place I've ever seen!! It needs to be shut down!!!!
