Utterly Dissatisfied



I bought a stackable washer and dryer unit, that broke down on me with in a month of purchase. Once it was repaired, it wound up breaking down again and again and again. It was something different every time. I came to the conclusion, that they sold me a defected machine. They would not except responsibility for their merchandise. When I requested to return it, to receive my money back, I was told that they do not except used machines back. In the end, I was scammed. The people there, were very rude an very ignorant, so I reported them to Better Business Bureau. Do Not Buy from this place, or in long run you will be paying double for what the merchandise is worth.

I woke up to a completely defrosted, melty freezer and started calling places in a panic. Most places were unable to help me for days! Woodbury Appliance sent someone over within a couple hours. When he arrived he knew immediately that my compressor was shot. He wouldn't charge me the $70 service fee and gave me several suggestions for a new refrigerator. I drove over to the store, was immediately greeted and helped, purchased then and there. Prices comparable to big chain stores! Delivered next day, free, removed old fridge, free, and they were done within half an hour! Good, honest, efficient employees plus good prices make for a great business!

Unfortunately my experience with Woodbury Appliance has been completely negative. I have been waiting months for a repair to be completed and every time I call to discuss there is new excuse: issues with the supplier, issues with delivery, issues with the factory. They only got one star because I could not submit zero. I cannot take it any more; I have to go elsewhere!
