Very experience, caring and tentative staff. Beautiful and clean facility. Lots of unmatched in the market amenities. Quick rehab-hips and knees and even just to get a little more strength. Administrative team is a wealth of knowledge and extremely hands on.

The facility is beautiful looking. It is very fancy. Each room is very big and gives the sense of being at a hotel, rather than a rehab place.
Unfortunately, the nursing and nursing aide staff, aside from a few is pretty horrible. The morning crew is halfway decent but the care goes down hill from there. The daytime crew is very forgetful. I'm not sure if they are just overloaded with work or they just don't care about the job. In my opinion they do need more help during the day but the workers do not think so.

The night time crew is extremely lazy and seem to be there just for the check. Using the call button during the day and night is almost useless. The wait time to receive attention is easily 10 minutes and over.

The physical and occupational therapist that work there are great. They seem to be a totally different group of hired employees. They are very knowledgeable about what every client needs to get stronger and back on their feet fast. This facility would be much better as an outpatient care facility.

Beautiful facility, caring and compassionate staff and exceptional therapy. All cutting edge therapy equipment. Best of all, there's a large array of choices on their Bistro menu and all their food is home cooked. They have thought of everything.
