No Hassles, Genuine Service, Straight Forward

We strongly dislike buying cars.....the pressure, the deals, the financing, the ""check with the manager"" and all the other annoying games that can be played. This did NOT happen at Hillyer's and and it was a great experience as far as car buying goes.

We found a truck that met our wish list online as an Internet Special. It was priced right, had all the features we needed, as we have been researching this specific vehicle for some time now. We headed down to Hillyer's and were greeted by Lejeune, a very nice, friendly guy. Realizing that we were ""experts"" in
F-150's and that he was more familiar with the cars than trucks, he directed us to John. We appreciated this, even though it likely meant no sale for Lejeune.

John was forthright, extremely knowledgeable, and a wealth of information about Ford trucks. He was sincere in wanting us to get the vehicle appropriate for us. We ended up easily making a deal happen, and are so thankful for this dealership's approach. I appreciate the staff's knowledge, friendless, sincerity and low pressure approach.

We love our new F-150! And we are fans of Hillyer's in Woodburn forever! Thanks, guys....You do a great job at helping people get thru the process easily. I highly recommend Fords and this dealership.

6th vehicle purchase there. I have been buying from Hillyer's Ford since 1998. I highly recommend Hillyers as your next stop to purchase your next vehicle. Brandon really showed in interest in my needs on leasing my ford focus. I continue to use there service department. Jeremy and Alex are great!!! I read some of the other crazy comments. Very hard to believe!!!! I guess there's just some people in life who can't be pleased.....no matter what!!!!!

Dont waste your time at Hillyer Ford

Do not waste your time at Hillyer?s Mid-City Ford in Woodburn, Oregon. They tried to scam us, and we are not the first! Vehicle price was listed at $30,747 on their website. On the vehicle the tag showed the price to be $29,747. We made four visits to the dealership. On the first visit we arrived after hours and did a visual inspection of the vehicle, noting the green sales price hanging from the rear view mirror which read $29,747. On 7/27/2010, over one month later, we returned to the dealership and met with Jay, salesman, who verified the asking price of the vehicle. On 7/29 we returned to the dealership and made an offer on the vehicle. The sale price was verified; however, the dealership offered $850 below low trade in Kelly Blue Book on our trade in, so we left without purchasing the vehicle. On 8/1 we returned to the dealership to discuss purchasing the vehicle cash, without the trade-in. We called ahead. The salesman, Jay, returned our call and again verified the price as $29,747 plus $50 tags and $200.00 title fee. We spent 90 minutes on paperwork. When it came time to sign the final paperwork and write the check the sales manager, Bill, stated that he was just informed by the owner that the price had increased $2,000.00 and that he could no longer honor the advertised price. We left without purchasing the vehicle. When I contacted the Oregon Attorney General?s Office, I was told that three similar complaints have been filed recently. Buyer beware: Take your business elsewhere!
