The employees were as helpful as possible and the car was in an acceptable condition; however my overall experience was terrible due to their business practices. I started with one week and extended twice. Each week I was told I was paying for my rental for that week with a 100 dollar hold charge which, apparently, was not the case, at all. They had actually never taken the money at all. Leaving me in a false state of financial security. At the end of my rental, when it was time to total up, it was explained that I would be refunded all of the charges and recharged for the total rental. Since there was no money charged to begin with I was charged for my 3-week rental all at once leaving me penniless without any way to pay my bills. Thanks, Enterprise, you were a great "help" during my already stressful experience of replacing my totaled car.
I have used Enterprise for several years and I must say that the customer service is above par. The staff is very personable and courteous. The cars are clean and affordable.
Manager took advantage of an English Second Language individual by upselling her a bunch of things she didn't need. His fast talking confused her and he suggested she get it all. I understand it is still her responsibility and wanted to discuss it. He had no empathy and defended his position. He stated they do business with lots of people who cannot speak English. I asked if they had someone who works there that speaks Spanish and he said no and there were never complaints. if anyone understands the culture of people who don't speak English, they say yes to things so they do not feel embarrassed or inferior...and will not complain when they are "burned". I am a police officer and have seen non speaking English citizens become victims and not call the police because of this. again, I understand it is her fault but I also understand that they get points for upselling (my friend works at enterprise) and will do what they have to to make their quota. I asked for his boss to email me and he said ok and I have yet to receive an email to discuss the situation. Even if they cannot do something about it they should respond to a customers request. I always do business with enterprise and will continue but this specific location have some unethical individuals who prey on the "weak." Be advised if you have family members who cannot speak English or individuals that a of a meek personality, steer clear of this location. I will be contacting corporate and the news about this situation if I don't hear from someone soon. its not about the money, its about the treatment.
Excellent customer service! I was very thankful for being able to walk in after I called the day prior to reserve a vehicle. They had my information and vehicle ready to go. I didn't have to wait. I also needed a ride back after I returned the vehicle, and were available to get me where I needed to go as well. Thank you to an awesome team. I will be back to rent again.
Agents were knowledgeable , efficient and personable. Rental agreement was quick and easy and painless and they picked me up at the car dealership. What is not to like?
