If there were zero stars as a rating, that would be our choice. We are not satisfied with Cardinal Management Group. All the negative comments on yelp are true. Their communication skills are very poor. If you have this management company, watch your accounting carefully. Be sure to check your invoices, verify the work done and be sure to give your approval before they make payments to any unbudgeted expenses. Our experience is that they have made payments for unbudgeted expenses, over their contract limit, without Board or Treasurer approval. It will blow your mind when you see what they are doing!
Finanacial mismanagement forever....that is what you can expect from cardinal. Mr. Crone stated that there is an overage of $1,394 in the maintenance line due to tree removal. David Crone our cardinal property manager ay WoodLynne HOA is constantly overspending on projects that cardinal directly benefits from. Again Crone report that there is an overage of $1,394 in the maintenance line due to tree removal. Cardinal constantly spends our money. Where does all the money go?
Residents of the Heights at Penderbrook Condominium Association have been complaining for over two years about fence repairs to trash enclosures, asphalt patching, interior and exterior lighting, landscaping, and the roof. The residents continue to raise concerns about the general poor condition of our property. Brian Cramp is the Property Manager, Cardinal Management Group, Inc. and has performed very poorly. So why did our HOA give Brian Cramp a $2,500 bonus for his services in 2017.
Unfortunately they took over HOA management of my lovely community and turned it into the horrible experience. They are only interested in charging fees and sending notices that generate fees for them. All of the employees are rude and intentionally avoid speaking with you. They do not budge from their fees and have poor customer.
Gave my personal information to a 3rd party. I cannot beleive Cardinal Management Group gave my email and my name and my address and my phone number to a 3rd party. I have been receiving email and junk because of them. I am afraid of Cardinal Management Group!
Failure to Respond to Inquiries and Resolve ProblemsSo not impressed. Cardinal Management Group took 3 months of me hounding him to finally respond to questions I had about a leaking roof. The leak affected several homes and they just refused to work with us. It was a true headache to constantly track them down only to always hear "we'll get an answer at next month's meeting," followed by another extended period of them going dark. It's too bad they do such a poor job communicating with homeowners.
Company is very unorganized, managed and ran by ametures and the worst at customer service. Not really sure what is wrong with this company. They are just rude every single day of the week.
Our property was damaged by wind. PROPERTY SERVICE GROUP, INC was sent to our house by the Cardinal Management Group property manager to write up an estimate, repair our home, and work with the insurance company for payment. From the date of the damage to our house to the completion of work was over 4 months. We later figured out the 2 companies are realy 1. They never revealed that fact. The work was substandard, untimely, and property manager misreprested the work process.
Horrible experience. Tried to call for several days. They never answer the phone. I guess they are afraid of all the complaints they receive. Called to tell them we had small infestation of termites in the past few weeks. Wanted to know what we should do. We hired our own exterminator, paid for it out of our own pocked. Believe me, they refused to even talk about it. Told us it was our problem.
Once again, Cardinal Management Group has proven to be completely tone deaf when dealing with residents. Just hours before the snow started falling this week, Cardinal Management Group issued emergency alerts and postings reminding residents that they will be towed if they are parked in snow designated spots. However, the snow removal efforts were dismal by the management company. They failed in all aspects of snow removal and efforts to provide a safe environment for residents. Why do you need space to put snow when you never plowed the snow. We are very unsatifified with this company.
