If there were zero stars as a rating, that would be our choice. We are not satisfied with Cardinal Management Group. All the negative comments on yelp are true. Their communication skills are very poor. If you have this management company, watch your accounting carefully. Be sure to check your invoices, verify the work done and be sure to give your approval before they make payments to any unbudgeted expenses. Our experience is that they have made payments for unbudgeted expenses, over their contract limit, without Board or Treasurer approval.It will blow your mind when you see what they are doing!
Horrible experience. Tried to call for several days. They never answer the phone. I guess they are afraid of all the complaints they receive. Called to tell them we had small infestation of termites in the past few weeks. Wanted to know what we should do. We hired our own exterminator, paid for it out of our own pocked. Believe me, they refused to even talk about it. Told us it was our problem.
Once again, Cardinal Management Group has proven to be completely tone deaf when dealing with residents. Just hours before the snow started falling this week, Cardinal Management Group issued emergency alerts and postings reminding residents that they will be towed if they are parked in snow designated spots. However, the snow removal efforts were dismal by the management company. They failed in all aspects of snow removal and efforts to provide a safe environment for residents. Why do you need space to put snow when you never plowed the snow. We are very unsatifified with this company.
I truly appreciate when the Cardinal TEAM works together and we all look good. We are trying hard to do our jobs the best we can and I am thankful that I have colleagues like Cathy who exemplifies the Cardinal standard of excellence.
