Fantastic groomer! Jamie and her staff provide gentle, loving and expert services to my Havanese. I've recommended them to other pet owners who are equally pleased with their services.

Excellent grooming and pet handling!

What can I say.....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Jamie at Groomingdales! My dog received a hack job at one of the box stores and I was so distraught about the way my dog looked I stopped into Groomingdale s on my way home. Jamie calmed me down by saying it could be fixed . Not only did she fix it, she didn t charge me! My little maltese has never looked so good. All I can say is check the place out for yourself and take the negative posts with a grain of salt. I will definitely be a returning customer!!

Pet Grooming Extraordinary

Response to Pet Lover's Beware!‎‎

I don't understand your issue Countrygirl123. When a child performs badly the parent expects to be told why should your pet be any different. I personally would like to know that my dog bit someone. Just so you are aware, in PWC it is the law for a person/business to report a dog bite to Animal Control who then picks the dog up and keeps for observation. It takes about 10 days to retrieve your pet. If they did not report the bite, they did you a favor (although they did not follow the law). So pastry chefs they are not, but, professionals with a heart, they are. You and your pet would have been traumatized during the seperation. Your pet may need training and you might want to consider an apology. I've had great experiences with Groomingdales, they have been my groomers since February 2003.‎

If they gave you the wrong leash and tags why did you take it? Why not just say that it wasn't yours?

Pet Lover's Beware!

I certainly would not recommend this location. Cheaper is not better! Although my dog looked decent, when I arrived the Groomer told me that my dog bit her. (Well, it's not like she is a pastry chef, she is working with animals.) All vets and other groomers always gave my dog good reports. She appeared very inexperienced and told me the next time I should ask for the owner (yeh, like there will be a next time.)

To top it off, they gave me someone else's leash and kept calling me to harass me to bring it back. I WAS LIVID!!! For your dog's sanity and yours, look elsewhere. Olde Towne Pet Resort is EXCELLENT!
