Horrible place, will never go again. First of all, front desk employees; they are very rude and unprofessional.
Second; we went there on 2018 June, they did 5 crown to my son which one of them came out 3 days ago. We have the dropped crown, we went there and they only checked it, gave appointment and charged 100$ only to look at it. And they told me they will charge another $100 to glue it back. I had lots of crown done for me, my wife and parents, never seen a crown came out in 1,5 years. Normally, they shouldn't charge for it, but they told its only good for a year.
I NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY VERY MONEY HUNGRY AND RUDE.

There has only been one doctor or dentist's office I have ever walked out of and this is it. Yes, some of the staff members are very friendly and actually felt bad at how the doctor treated us. Yes, the TVs and treats are fun. However, I have three kids and have moved around as a military family. We still talk about the awful dentist we had here. She wanted us to get treatments that weren't necessary and hollered rudely at my very quiet five year old daughter during a filling. I've never seen anything like it.

The staff and both Doctors are great!!!!! My kids love going to the dentist. I would recomment Britestars to every parent out there looking for a pediatric dentist.Good job Drs Pham, Holmes and Team. We appreciate all you do.

Rude, demeaning, forceful dentist. Dr. Pham is not kid friendly at all. This is about the tenth time I have put a negative review on here and they keep getting deleted. Go figure.

The staff and level of service was amazing!!! The Dr and assistant showed my son what everything was so he knew exactly what to expect during his appointment. I thought he would have a hard time but the staff knows exactly what to do and say to make your child feel comfortable. I would recommend you see for yourself. We can't wait to see Dr. Holmes again in six months!!!

Very glad that we were referred to this office by the adult dentist. Great office. Definitely recommended.

My child loves this place. Both of the dentist are very friendly. Its full with laughter and very kind assistants. They were very helpful and very patient with my son. I loved it when the Dr. showed me what a cavity is suppose to look like versus normal. i feel as if they were very honest and I do plan on coming back for years to come.

Hmmm. My children have been coming to this dental office for over two years. Dentists are very down to earth and friendly. I see no sign of rude and condescending From anyone in this office. very professional as far as I know.

I have been taking my child here for a little over a year now. Our experience has been both good and bad. I agree with the reviews on here that say the office and staff are nice. It is very kid-friendly. However, I feel like the level of service was sacrificed when the office was running behind. In this case, my child suffered and had a cavity go unfilled. I had to take my child back twice before the dentist saw the cavity and finally fixed it. A few months later, one of the spots I had originally thought was a cavity on that same tooth, turned into a massive cavity and had to have a crown put on it. I am not a dentist but I know what a tooth is supposed to look like. I feel like if I was able to tell something was wrong, why couldn't the dentist or her staff see that there was a problem with that tooth? I can't afford a mistake like that to be made again. If it had been caught sooner, my poor child wouldn't have a giant silver tooth. How ridiculous.

Dr.Pham Gina is very nice and patient with the kids. t's a very pleasant experience every time we went there. i have no complains at all, no long waiting as well.

This is a wonderful office, my Little did not want to open her mouth for the previous dentist but she can't wait to come back here. They did a fabulous job with kids.
