My initial contact with this company was on 4-29-16. I specifically asked for a plaque that had a vase. It wasn't until rcvd the proof to sign that I noticed the vase was not included. i called w/my concern. I was then advised the cemetery doesn't allow vases. I called the cemetery to confirm. I should've been informed when I ordered not 4 wks later. I eventually placed my order. Every time I called to inquire about the status of receipt of ppwk or the status of my order, I was told that they would have to check and for me to call back. I finally confirmed with the cemetery that my plaque was delv on 6-21. My last conversation with my salesperson as on 6-17. I asked that they contact me when the plaque was delv to the cemetery. I was told to callback in 2 wks. Whatever happened to basic cust svc? The salesperson, Phyllis, with whom I dealt, lacks the basic customer skills that a salesperson should possess. I wouldn't recommend using this co. just based on the customer service alone.
