I've had previous experiences recently in very popular salons cost me a lot of money and did a lot of damage to my hair!!! she was super knowledgeable the minute I walked through the door, she gave me everything i needed!!! I'm of mixed nationalities and for some people my hair can be a challenge however I walked out of there with smooth silky shiny hair! unbelievable experience!!! And the best part of it all is she doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I was able to fit it into my budget and I'll be able to make regular visits going forward because her prices are reasonable!!!StyleSeat Team
do not go there. They do not know how to treat steady customers. They are a very young crowd who works there and that's enough said.
The salon owner is lovely and professional.I wouldn't have known that had Stephanie not made me so unhappy.I asked for natural, thinner, blended highlights to compliment my dark brown hair specifically saying that they should NOT look blonde.She was very pleasant until the towel came off to reveal chunked up BLONDE highlights.Shocked, with all possible calmness I said that it looked VERY light. She was immediately annoyed and tried to convince me that when it was dried it would somehow blend in more and not look light. She wanted to get to her St Pattys day drinking as early asap and I delayed it.She told me it would be an extra chargeI and I agreed.I let her cut it, and dry it, it was too blonde and her boss stepped in for correcting.While toning, angry Steph pulled my hair, was sloppy, splashed my face when she washed it, and roughly blow dried. I've never been treated so RUDELy or roughly as a customer! I felt so unhappy and anxious for a whole hour until the boss took over. Trauma
