Used to love this place. But in the last few months I noticed a few things. They did not update the sales circular on their website. So I signed up to have the circular emailed to me. Then I noticed that their sale prices were not posted on the shelves (especially in deli). Sometimes I would look at my receipt when I got home and saw I was not charged the sale price. So on my most recent visit, I paid strict attention. I purchased 6 items, three in deli, 2 in produce and 1 in grocery. One of the deli items was sales priced at $9.99. I was charged $11.99. I told the clerk of the discrepancy and she relabeled the package, no questions asked. Hmmm...
At checkout I was overcharged ($3.99 a pound instead of $1.99). The clerk admitted the error but it took 10 minutes to correct. On the way out I noticed a second produce item had been overcharged. I returned and after a totaly unneccesary investigation, I was remunerated. Later, at home, I noticed I had been overcharged for the one grocery. To paraphrase Meatloaf, "Four outa six ain't good".

The deli meals, catering is better than a lot of restaurants. Try the ribs!
