I made a three thirty appointment for a front end alignment and was told it would take about and hour. Here we are almost 2.5 hrs later and they are just bring the car into the shop. I would completely understand if I was a walk in but I had a scheduled appointment and received very long wait times. Someone needed to claim accountability for there slow service. They do good work but very unrealistic with their time frames. Arghhhh. Rather pay more than waste 3 hours of my life. Had to make arrangements for someone else to pickup my son.
