Mattress Firm

I bought a mattress and box spring for my teenage son. To my surprise it was a floor model which was never told to me at the time of purchase. I was told it was last years model and was on sale. When it was delivered and set up I still had no idea it was a floor model. Two weeks later I went under the bed to clean and the box spring was broken. When I called the store, that is when I was told it was a floor model. I would never have bought a used floor model for my son.They refused to even talk about an exchange. The frame was also the wrong size and the be sqeeked. I had to call corporate and jump through hoops before I was heard. They still would only give me another box spring. So my son has to sleep in a used mattress. I would never go to sleepy's for anything.
