I was very disappointed with Vacation Outlet service. This past weekend I missed a cruise because the airline was massively delayed. When I called my representative at Vacation Outlet, his response was "Sorry". Sorry I can get on my own, I expect a travel agency to come up with better answers and alternatives. The one star above is because he wasn't snotty about it. I know who my future plans won't include, though.
