Urging businesses do not use this delivery company they are horrible, deliveries never come when they are suppose too sometimes days later. The boxes are always dented, beaten up and filthy. Worst customer service, they don't care about how they handle your packages or their customers. Seriously there are other couriers, use them.

I had a wonderful experience with one of the company drivers (not contractor) He went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy my every concern, it is drivers like him that make my job so much easier. I commend him in every way. he is a true professional. I was greatly dissapointed though upon hearing though, his position may be eliminated or outsourced. If this is true, this gentlemen from Jersey will be truly missed, and i am concerned the service level that he proviided me can not be matched. I haven't seen him in over a week, I called anyone and everyone and noone seems to have an answer as to his whereabouts or even if is stiil with the Company. Very strange.
