I went to Aspen Dental in Woburn, Ma and was a little nervous about going . I had broken a back tooth, had not been to a dentist in 15 years plus no dental insurance.
I met with the office manager and she suggested that I have the free exam they were offering. I agree.
After the exam I met with Dr, Parkanti a very caring, compassionate man. He explained everything to me in detail what needed to be done. But the final decision was mine to make. ( no pressure at all),
Than I met with the office manager Renee also caring and understanding of my needs in getting a payment plan the fix my budget.
I was always treated as if I was someone special from the minute I walk in until I left. Always a greeting by name from the two young lady at the front desk.
I had a cleaning done by Becky, What a great job and also the instructions on the best way
for me to care for my teeth.
They has to pull my broken tooth thank you Melony (dental assistant) for holding my hand reassuring me everything was ok.
I had other work done on my teeth all done with professional care.
I must tell you that I have not smiled in a picture for the last 10 years because I hated my smile. After all my work was done on my teeth I left there smiling and have stop smiling yet.
I would like the thank the Staff at Aspen Dental in Woburn Dr. Parakanti, Renee ( office manager), Lenny (lab tech), Becky (dental hygienist), Melony ( dental assistant), Nicole and Shaina ( front desk) for all the help, understanding and dental care and also the most important a Great Smile . You deserve more that 5 stars.
I would recommend the Aspen Dental in Woburn to all my family and friends.
Thank you so very much a very satisfied customer

After a year of having a chipped tooth, I saw a commercial for Aspen Dental and found it very intreging that they did financing. So I called that day and found myself in their chair the following day. The thing that amazed me is that they took me right in at a very convenient time and did x-rays and check up all my teeth, on the house. \nThe following week I had my first cleaning in 7 months and fixed that tooth I've been wanting to fix for months. And at the end I'm making interest free, monthly payments that are reasonable.

My first visit to Aspen Dental in Woburn, MA was a pleasant experience. Rihanna, the dental hygienest, was very presice and thorough. I had a set of x-rays taken and a full cleaning done. She also instructed me on how to properly brush based on the scope of my mouth.\n\nI found the office staff to be quite friendly, and when going back a second time for my cavity filling, gave me important updates about my dental insurance. \n\nMy experience at Aspen Dental in Woburn has been the best dental visit I've had yet. I look forward to the exceptional service and care in future visits.\n~Irene

Never again I will use Aspen Dental service in my life, nor my family. Recently I had my wisdom teeth extracted. For 6 month now this dentist office can?t resolve bill issue with my insurance company ($875 vs. $176), and now I am being sent to collections. First Aspen Dental sent x-rays to my insurance without a date, and now they wouldn?t send dated x-rays, which are required to resolve this dispute. How hard is that? I called every week to Woburn office for about 3 months, main office, came to talk in person. Nobody is helping me. In Woburn office they say they don?t deal with bills. Main office promises to send x-rays, but they don?t. I feel that something criminal is going on, they are lying to my insurance about the procedure and that?s why they wouldn?t send x-rays. According to this Aspen Dental x-rays I had 5 cavities, but when I went to another doctor to treat them he couldn?t see any (that is without x-rays, but last year I had x-rays done at this office and I was told I had 3 cavities. I had bad experience a year before at this office and went to another doctor to treat my 3 cavities. He did new x-rays and they were fine). I thought my first bad experience at Aspen Dental first year was accidental (after the doctor did my filling, my tooth hurt, and I had to come back 2 times ? the result instead of a small cavity (I had no idea about, it didn?t hurt) I have now 1/3 of my tooth gone, it is replaced with ugly silver filling, because she had to get read of hurtful white one. The only reason I came back to this office, because they do fantastic cleaning job. But I don?t trust their doctors anymore. I have to find a lawyer now, because if turns out I don?t have cavities and they were lying about my wisdom teeth, saying they were impacted which they were not, it should be easy enough to prove with x-rays.
