Three months after we had 90 sq feet of granite installed in our kitchen, our kitchen sink fell through the counter top causing major water damage to my brand new kitchen! It was caused because Gerrity installed it with no support under the counter top. Rather than apologizing they blamed us for something we did wrong .They did send someone out to fix it but we had to wait a long time. The reinstall of the sink was done very messy and unprofessional we were left with no plumbing beacause the sink crushed the plumbing. When i called to ask about why they didn’t fix the plumbing too they told me it was my responsibility to get the plumbing fixed. I had to pay a plumber again to re install the plumbing .The manager at Gerrity was rude and condescending This was our second time using them, I expected more support especially after the amount of granite we bought there Was shocked and disappointed with this company’s customers service. I sent many customers there after my first install but never again!
Absolutely Horrible!!! We placed 2 orders. One for marble for our office and laundry room. And another large Deckton order for our kitchen. We ordered it through Home Depot. On the day of delivery, the marble was completely different from the sample we’ve seen at Home Depot. It’s the ugliest piece of stone I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t be surprised they gave us a slab that no one wanted. When we called AMY (our rep) and asked to find out what the policy is if we weren’t happy with the stone. Not only was she not helpful, and offered NO options, she told us to suck it up, and she also blamed us for not seeing the stone. She NEVER gave us the option to see it!!!! We didn’t know we could see it because we ordered it through Home Depot. If we had the option, we would have dropped everything and taken a look. We spoke to Home Depot and Brian (asst mgr) told us that Gerrity/AMY was suppose to allow us to see the stone when it comes into their warehouse. It’s obvious AMY dropped the ball. We have another $6,000+ Deckton order for our kitchen and I am extremely concerned because your company is obviously irresponsible when issues comes up. This company blames customer and does absolutely NOTHING! I am so glad we didn’t start our outdoor kitchen project yet because that is another big order I am NOT willing to risk with Gerrity.
