Don't even think about it!My son and his buddies booked a stretch Hummer for 6 couples headed for the Senior Prom. Everything was confirmed the week before. They collected money and eagerly anticipated their luxury ride. The car was supposed to show up by 5:00 PM. When they called to check at 4:55, they were told the limo was on the way. When they called again at 5:15, they were told there was no driver available and panic ensued as we scrambled to get them to their prom. How much more unprofessional can you get?
This is the worst limo service. More like limo headache. I had helped my aunt book this limo service for my cousins sweet 15 and had 17 kids in her court. So we reserved the hummer limo for June 15th. We thought we were getting a pretty good deal so put down deposit months ago. My aunt thought something was sketchy and of course I assured her it would be fine. 3 days before the party my aunt called to confirm and he (John cataldo) if that's even his name, said everything was all set for 3:00pm. Come the day of, while I was getting other things ready, at 3:30 my aunt comes to me agitated and says" I knew it this guy wasn't going to show up." She had called and he hung up on her and wouldn't answer her calls. So I called from my phone and he gladly picked up. I asked what was going on and he said he was workin on finding another car. No we don't want just any other car we want what we asked for!! Not a very pleasant conversation and hung up on me. Wouldn't answer when I called or when I used other phones. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I even texted him and he said he was at church doing a wedding. Unmmm! Hello not my problem, thats why its called a reservation. If you can't manage time and people maybe you shouldn't be in business. This place is a joke. Please people don't bother with this company. And I would expect that he reads his emails, my aunt wants her deposit back but no response. If your reading this John, thanks for ruining a great day! Everything else we reserved was there on time
