If I could give them a zero I would, awful in every aspect of there business.. waiting weeks for a refund on a room we never stayed in!! I would rather pay to go to Noah's Ark than stay there again or attempt to stay there!! Worst hotel/motel ever!!
Called for a reservation. The female that answered the phone said they had 1 room. I really had a hard time understanding her so a few times I had to ask if she could repeat that. Then I booked the room after checking with my husband. Gave her my credit card number. She then asked about what time we were planning to get there. I said between 2 & 3 pm. Meeting friends there which were staying at another place. We get there walk into office, female is there. I tell her my name & she said glad you made it. Handed me a pad to fill out for registrating. I was filling in my name, when my husband asked how big the rooms were. That's when it went bad. She told us we couldn't stay there because she didn't like what we looked like. It was horrible. We really thought it was joke. Looking for a camera. This lady was absolutely rude. All the traveling we do all around the world we have never been told that we couldn't stay somewhere because they didn't like how we looked. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Bugs! Filthy! $150 for a dump! people in the room next door complained of an infestation of bugs, owner refused to give them another room or refund. We pulled down blankets & bed was loaded with hair. Toilet seat had a crap smear along the back. owner said that we must've done it. Part of motel is a half way house for vagrants. people under us blasting music, another customer asked them to turn it down, they refused. Saw that man approach the owner, she started screaming that he could leave if he wanted to complain bc the people playing music rented the room by the week as their residence. A/C smelled like mildew. blood stains on the mattress & box spring.
Rude management got yelled at because were taking to many showers water cost money they said not enough towels for the number of guest. No coffee pots in room. Complained about giving out wrist bands after one was used at a resturant as a discount. They have no hired help. No towels in pool area for you to wipe off with... Rude all and all dont stay here if you have kids if they are noisy..
I had the WONDERFUL experience of dealing with Monica the OWNER's daughter. My husband and I are planning to be in the Dells area from 05/15-05/17/15. I made a reservation on Expedia for 05/16/2015 and received my confirmation. Shortly there after I wanted to change my credit card the reservation was made on. I called and spoke with MONICA who was driving, as there season was not open yet and she answered my call as a courtesy. She asked that I emailed her all of my updated credit card information including billing address and pin on the back. I decided in todays secure environment to keep the reservation on the original card. This was 1 month ago. I received a call today from MONICA, who stated that my reservation was filled with a person who booked for two nights and that Expedia made an error booking for one night. She NEVER OFFERED ME TWO NIGHTS. She offered me a cabin at $75/night as that was the best she would do because the cabin was original $190/night. I looked up the cabin...it books at $95/night. Wish I could talk to her Momma or Daddy and let them know how wonderful their daughter is running their business.
