We just checked in this afternoon and I've gotta tell ya so NOT impressed I have been in customer service, Food and beverage-hotel services for 30 years. I did read reviews before we came that were not favorable and just thought from experience, picky people and the only people who usually post reviews are mad about something they couldn't get for free because they found one thing out of place, well we have been here for about 5 hours and the lack of customer service is despicable I have had better customer service at a truck stop in the hills of Tennessee!! I am SO irritated an unhappy so far with our experience if I could get my money back for the 3 nights I booked I would gladly pack all 6 of us back up an drive back 6 hours home. This experience so far has been the worst vacation with my family I've ever had

This is a great place to stay for the whole family . I like the lazy rivers while everyone else goes on the big rides. We try to go every year or every other . It is a clean atmosphere there are no bed bugs that i have known of .
HORRIBLE cancellation policy!! HORRIBLE customer service!! I tried canceling our reservation the next day after I made it and it cost me $200! Our transaction hadn't even processed!!! The sales supervisor was very rude and wasn't willing to work with us at all on possible solutions for using our credit. She also would not give me the name or contact info for the owner to issue a complaint!! I have never spoke with anyone so unprofessional and condescending. Check out their reviews and policies before staying there.
Stayed a number of times with my family and always had great first class service. Wanted to stay there this year but when we went there to book our stay we got treated like dirt. Fort desk employees were very rude and short. Called to complain and maybe reserve they told my wife they would have someone contact us never called us back. Call a second time to give them a piece of my mind and a nice lady names Becky was helpful and had someone call me back quickly. When they called they told us they couldn't do anything to help us. " it is what it is." Well your right Wally your right it is what it is. Your running a place that's a joke I wouldn't stay there ever again I'll stay in my car before giving you a dime.
I've stayed here a few times. It is very crowded obviously in its prime seasons (i.e. winter break, spring break, Easter, summer). I loved my room at the glacier canyon. The waterparks are a lot of fun. Unfortunately, for my last trip, I booked the trip in October 2010 for the days between January 2-4, 2011. I was not informed that one of the waterparks would be closed during some of those days. I did not get a discount, nor did I get an email saying that they would be renovating the waterpark. I feel like I was ripped off. I spent a lot of money at this place, and the least they could have done would be to inform its customers of a closing so they could reschedule their trip. It is a great family place, but I think there should be adult hours for adults only to enjoy the waterparks after 9pm.
