They are very affordable. More importantly the staff and DVMs are very compassionate and knowledgeable, especially Dr. Julie Schodron. I highly recommend their services!

Not a happy bird owner! Adopted a parrot with an overgrown beak. Took him in to get the beak trimmed. He was a happy, talkative boy the whole way to the clinic, and the staff loved his fun, loving personality.

Afterwards the lady informed us that during the procedure she slipped and nicked his top beak and made him bleed.

Now when Birdy tries to take a bite of apple, he cries and doesn't eat. We grind his food, and he barely eats or drinks anything.

He's worse the next day, so we call the clinic, and they take no responsibility. Now they claim that they did nothing wrong and that he must have already been sick.

My bird was not sick.

They admit slipping and making him bleed one day, and then deny any fault the next. Birds are fragile! If you don't know how to trim beaks, DO NOT advertise that you do!

The doctor we had was also an orthopedic surgeon for animals and did a fabulous reconstruction surgery on our dog. Toby needed to have a groove carved into a hip joint for the socket to connect to. The doctor did a fabulous job with a big plus at not overcharging. I drove through black ice 130 miles from Greenfield, WI, just to be there with our pet. It was very successful!!
