        THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! MATT is a liar. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. My car had no problems beforehand, no leaks, nothing. All of a sudden, Matt tells me that my former mechanic screwed drain plug on to tight and when they went to remove it the threads came out. Now I needed a new gasket and oil pan plus labor for $500.00. This situation seemed for unethical and shady. I contacted my former mechanic, who informed me that if that was the case, then I would have an oil leak. I have been driving the car for 3 months from my last oil change with no problems. Unfortunately, I could not take my car because of the "issue" . I paid under duress. I will never go back, talking about SHADY. I wish I would have read Chanelle's post. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY REALLY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. MY NEXT STEP IS TO COMPLAIN TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE.

        I wish I could rate this disgraceful place a 0. This place is utter garbage. Talk about backyard chop shop mechanics! Brough my car here to get new tires and when I retured they had broken 6 things on my car. Had to call corporate twice. The store manager is a complete fool and liar, as well as the mechanics who work there who don't know the difference between an engine and an ignition. Not to mention incredibly rude and disrespectful, so if you would like to have your car destroyed and be called names in the process then this is the place for you!
