Mosswood Apartments

I came to see a model. Unfortunately they did not have any available but Adrian was very detailed when she showed me the different floor plans. She showed me the pictures are their website and I was able to get a true understanding of what my apartment would look like. They have several upgrades to choose from. The prices were fairly priced and the area is nice. Adrian was very professional and made me very comfortable to live at these apartments.

I've lived at the residence for about 3 years and had to deal with moving apartment units due to the apartment being 90% infested with black mold. My roommates and I all got sick. Also, they over charge with fees and are dishonest. We had set up a payment plan for 5 months and after paying consecutively the property manager cancelled the payment plan after already signing a set agreement and charged us double. They then attempted to evict us and remove our items from the apartment after we explained we had an already set and agreed upon payment. This is the WORST residence I have EVER had the misfortune of moving into. Please save your money and find somewhere else who respects their tenants and keeps their word. Just awful. If there was an option for 0 stars I'd choose it.
