        I highly recommend this shop to any and every person that is looking for maintenance, repair, or tire fix. They have truly set the standard on what a good car shop should be and for that, I'm forever grateful.

        I also want to personally give my thanks to Autumn Cockrill and her coworkers. Not only did they treated me with genuine care and respect but also with extreme professionalism. Thanks to them now I can safely travel to work. Thank you.

        My family and I have been Firestone's customers for several years at their Winter Springs location on Red Bug Lake Road because of Gene. Gene ensures that only the best quality service is provided. Estimates and repairs are completed as quoted and on time.



        Since I "DISCOVERED" this location AND Gene, my family and friends have been coming here for good old-fashion service. Honestly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, integrity, service completed as promised and on-time. Courtesy rides are provided for the times I am not able to wait in their comfortable and modern waiting area.



        It is refreshing to know that customers are respected and valued here under Gene's management. I cannot say enough positive things. There is simply no negatives just ALL GOOD.



        This location have little to NO turn over. Which is great and definitely a good thing. Everyone there is a familiar face and everybody knows my name which definitely gives a neighborly feel. My business is always appreciated. Thank you Gene, Kiana, Bear, Jose, Marlon, Andrew, and all the wonderful people working there!

        High pressure.... Will never go back.

        High pressure sales. felt like I was surrounded by a bunch of bullies trying to force me into spending a ton of cash at their facility. Will never go back to this place.

        THIEFS is all i can say they tried charging $575.00 for a sensor and thermostat.Had truck towed around the block and was charged $275 for the air flo sensor it never needed a thermostat. Thanks Firestone you are a disgrace and should be shut down.
