I called the doctor, after finding the practice online and told him my situation. I moved down to Florida recently and have been suffering from a herniated disc in my back, which I was seeing a doctor in New Jersey for. I asked him what his practices they performed there and how much it would cost for a visit since I don't have insurance. I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT HE SAID TO ME. He said "Your on narcotics and I'm not interested" and hung up the phone on me. Are you serious?? You try wrapping your car around a tree (please don't try that!) and having to deal with pain all the time just to be told that I am trying to get narcotics which I am not, and he didn't even give me a chance to say anything or explain that I was not, and just needed some treatment before HANGING UP ON ME! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and extremely unfriendly receptionist working here. Stay away! I can't say the words that I think this guy and his practice is because I might get in trouble but this place does not deserve your money. IF I COULD GIVE THIS NO STARS I WOULD.
We thank the customer for their input. Unfortunately he indicated that he was out of his medicine and needed to get in immediately to resupply himself. He also called on Saturday in the afternoon for this emergency. The response, although abrupt, was to the demand to have medications immediately for a new patient with no medical records to an interventional pain specialist. The only concern expressed was the gentleman's desire to be treated in his fashion and not what might be medically appropriate for his case. He unfortuantely limited us from being able to get to the root of his problem.
