Mat Workz Pilates Studio

I started Pilates at Matworkz as a "splurge" to get my body ready for scheduled knee surgery for a torn meniscus. Within weeks, my knee pain was gone and the surgery was put on hold. Since then, I've been attending Matworkz weekly and the chiropractor, masseuse and orthopedic surgeon have been forgotten !

Matworkz has CERTIFIED teachers with years of experience. I've been a student there for several years now and I realize the best investment I can spend on myself is preventative maintenance. My posture and all-around well-being are great! And still NO knee surgery!!!!!
