so its starts with groupon or other advertise ,since nobody recommends them..,extremely nice at beginning till you sign up for membership when the all game changes;(,you won't get the service you pay monthly for,just because they keep cancel the appointment all the time and to reschedule you will wait another 4-6 weeks,its not worth it since the equipment is old and do nothing,the eyelashes last 3 days,botox is diluted,just don't go there!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner,Diane, is super nice on your first visit to get you to sign up then is rude and moody after. They don't tell you up front that they start you off at the lowest settings for ipl and fraxel and build up to a mediocre setting. I did not see any difference. I have sat in the waiting room several times while people were pissed at something saying "that is NOT right!"

I would highly not recommend going here if you want to be treated kindly and respectfully especially since you are giving them $100 per month.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE! WASTE OF MONEY$$$$ I spent nearly $1000 for my lips to look basically the same. They hyped me up to make me think that I was going to get exactly what I showed them I wanted. Well my lips look NOTHING like it. My top lip is ok but my bottom has absolutely no difference. I understand my lips weren't going to look the exact same as the pic I showed but the owner told me exactly this "oh no problem! You will get that fullness with just 1 syringe" The owner basically said well sorry nothing we can do when I tried to get my lips fixed. And after I complained to her she lied and put notes that she told me to get 2 syringes. Are you kidding me? What kind of service is that when someone is paying 850$. And mind you the owner is the one who did my lips. Not to mention the employees lie to you they tried to get me to buy the "but 1 get 1 half off" sale and told me that it ended today on the day I was there when online it was a different date. So basically they just want you to spend $ and don't care about the results or care about lying to you. I've been trying to get into contact with corporate and even though they say they will respond within 24 hours, it's been 3 days and no response!! No integrity, no customer satisfaction, and terrible cosmetic/customer service! The only thing good about the place was some of the front desk employees were nice and the decoration of the place. SAVE YOUR $$$$!! What a disappointing establishment.

They get you to sign up by telling you one thing, then they come up with new restrictions along the way. The manager Sandra, Jessica from corporate and the owner Diane are completely unprofessional. I signed up for the Black Diamond membership for $199 a month, which is supposed to include fractional, IPL, laser tattoo removal, as well as Trusculpt, each once a month. So I sign up and have laser hair removal done the first day. The following week I have a fractional and Trusculpt scheduled for the same same day since I live 45 minutes from the location which I explained in the beginning. When I get to my appointment, the manager standing nearby comes over and scolds the receptionist for allowing me to schedule the two services in one day. I didn't complain. Now today I had a fractional scheduled for 4 pm and I called the office beforehand and the manager decides that they're not gonna do the fractional bc I had laser hair removal done the same week even though I've already done the two procedures in the same timeframe before and was even scheduled to do it again. She was rude and offered no redemption for THEIR mistake. I had to ask for corporate's number several times before she gave it to me. I spoke to Jessica and asked for them to either honor what I was told and had already done before or let me out of the membership since it wasn't what I was told at sign up time and every time Sandra came up with a new restriction. So Jessica kind of admitted they made a mistake in scheduling bc their employees are new but proceeded to say that mistakes happen and offer no redemption or honor my previous scheduling. Then the owner, Diane, jumps on the line and says she's been listening to the whole conversation and defends Jessica. She then threatens to hang up the phone if I don't agree to reschedule my appt and accept what I'm just now being told. Completely unprofessional customer service, rude and they'll trap you in a contract then take advantage.
